Check-in week is when clients need you most. It's also, somehow, when most coaching platforms decide to have a bad week.

Molvex is built to stay up during your busiest week — one flat price with no surprise cuts, and free migration if you're ready to leave your current platform behind.

Status page live from day one — no marketing claims, just the number.

We hear the same few complaints, over and over.

01

The platform goes down exactly when it can't.

Check-in week is when clients send progress photos, ask questions, and wait on a reply. It's also, weirdly, when a lot of these platforms slow to a crawl or drop offline entirely. A client doesn't read a missed check-in as a server issue. They read it as you not showing up.

02

The price on the website isn't the price you pay.

Payment processing cuts stack on top of the subscription fee, sometimes two or three percent nobody mentioned upfront. Then there's the feature you assumed was included. Turns out it sits behind a "Pro" tier, and you find out mid-onboarding, roster already built.

03

Leaving means losing the work.

Two years of check-ins. Client history, injury notes, program progressions built session by session. Most coaches don't leave the platform they've outgrown, even when they want to — exporting all of that, or finding anyone who'll actually help, usually just doesn't happen.

We can't promise nothing ever breaks.

We can promise you'll hear it from us first, not from a client asking why you've gone quiet.

A status page that's actually public

Real uptime, updated live — not a number in a sales deck, but one you can go check yourself, right now, on a random Tuesday during your own check-in week. If something's down, it'll say so before you have to ask.

The pricing is one number, and it's the number you actually pay — no extra percentage quietly coming out of client payments, no "Pro" tier you discover halfway through onboarding. And if you're moving over from TrueCoach, Trainerize, or Everfit, we handle that part too: someone on our team pulls your client list, program history, and check-in notes across by hand, so you're not the one exporting spreadsheets at midnight to make the switch.

A quick word from the person actually building this: I used to help run the online coaching side of a gym, and the reason people gave for not switching platforms was almost never about features. It was fear of losing years of workout logs. One coach on our team kept a backup spreadsheet, updated by hand every Sunday night, just in case. That's the whole reason Molvex exists — not to out-feature anyone, just to stop being the reason a trainer loses a client's history.
